With over 20 years of working experience in professional photography,
Lifetyme portrait knows what it takes to create quality photo-images
for both personal and commercial uses.
Glen and Robin Clark of Lifetyme Portrait have worked in professional
photography, in a number of diverse capacities including photographer,
photographer's assistant, studio manager, technician, customer
service representative and marketing.
Glen began his career in photography while in college, when
he worked in a Wedding/Portrait studio and lab busniess and
personally photographed over 200 weddings in just over two
years.
Robin started her career operating and managing a very successful
portrait photography studio in California before moving to
the midwest where she worked as a consulltant with photographers
nationwide as well as being the publications coordinator for
several renowned photography books and portfolios.
Glen and Robin's backgrounds both include working in the national
marketing department for the country's largest
professional
photography color lab organization, where they developed marketing
promotions and services for professional photographers. Glen
also acted as writer and editor for a national quarterly photographic
publication, and compiled
the book Award Winning Portraits of Children.
After receiving a degree in both Photography and Cinematography,
Glen accepted a position with a national known professional
photography as a Customer Service and Sales representative
throughout California and Nevada, and eventually lead to managing
sales and services throughout the western states region. Glen
later moved to Hollywood to work with a successful commercial
photography studio for a number of years doing product, people
and location photography for a variety of nationally recognized
company and celebrity clients.
In 1997 Glen was awarded The National Award from the
Professional
Photographers of America (PPA) for "Outstanding service
and
contributions to professional photography, including creating
the
People's Choice Award for the annual Western States regional
PPA convention and creating the Marketing Professional
of the
Year competition for Senior Photographers International."
Glen is a long-time PPA member and has earned the Degree
of
Photographic Craftsman as well as various awards for Fellowship
and Service to the photography industry.
